Return & Refund Policy
Easy 30-Day Returns – No Restocking Fees
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, in new condition, and free of damage caused by the customer.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please see the “Non-Returnable Items” section below.
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 30 days at
contact@equipoy.com with your order number and reason for return. - Our team will review your request and send you return instructions and the return address for our USA warehouse.
- Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product,
customers are responsible for return shipping costs. - No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within
5–7 business days. - Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
unless the return is due to our error.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been approved and processed.
Exchange Options
- You may request an exchange for the same product (different size/variant) or another item of equal or greater value.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items,
we cover the shipping costs for both the return and replacement. - For standard exchanges (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.),
customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back; we ship the replacement item once the original product is received and inspected. - The same 30-day window from the delivery date applies to all exchange requests.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards or downloadable/digital products.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within
7 days of delivery. - Include clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number.
- Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund and cover all related shipping costs.
